Part of the Eternity Memorial Complex, this monument is dedicated to the victims of the Transnistria War. At the centre, it includes the inscription in Romanian "Eroilor căzuți pentru independența și integritatea patriei", translated in English as "To the heroes who fell for the independence and integrity of the homeland."
