A 14-storey residential block on Strada Independenței in Bălți, its ground-floor commercial podium faced in an extraordinary extruded aluminium brise-soleil of repeating biomorphic cells. Each unit is a double-curved convex form, the overall surface reading as a continuous field of interlocking scales across the full width of the facade.
