House of Culture - Sloboda-Rashkov

A House of Culture on Lenina Street in Sloboda-Rashkov, built in a modernist style structured by a regular rhythm of vertical concrete fin piers separating tall window bays facing South. Parts of the roofline and an upper-floor opening have partially collapsed, and interior brickwork is exposed through what was likely the main entrance portico. The building has been stripped of fittings and signage. The building was never finished or entirely stripped, though I’d guess the former.
