House of Culture - Beloci

A single-storey building on the village square, painted white, with a long window wings divided by shallow pilaster strips and blue-framed casements. The entrance end projects as a portico of six Ionic columns – influenced by Stalinist Empire, visible in many parts of Moldova - carrying a pediment featuring a relief. A red banner above the blue entry doors read Добро пожаловать, “Welcome”. The first floor looks to have been repainted recently, though the relief is in a poor state.
