Fountain - Independence Street - Balti

A circular fountain structure raised on eight stone-clad pylons in the central square of Balti in front of the town hall. A continuous frieze of decorative metal panels encircles the upper section, each showing a symmetrical floral or foliate pattern framed by white vertical supports. Below is the fountain pipework (not functioning on my visit in March 2025). The fountain basin is lined with blue tiles.
