Administrative Building 2 - Chisinau

An administrative or commercial block situated on Bulevardul Decebal in the Botanica sector, opposite the Palace of Culture of the Railroad Workers. The building comprises two parallel slab wings of unequal height connected by a recessed central bay, creating a shallow U-shaped composition when viewed from the street. The facades are organised as a regular curtain grid of pale concrete framing and green-tinted glazing panels, producing a strongly cellular rhythm across all floors. A low podium volume runs along the street frontage, raised on pilotis on one side. The ground floor has been substantially reclad with contemporary commercial fit-out, obscuring the original base treatment.
