Sports Hall "Master of Sports" - Comrat

A Stalinist-era sports hall on ulița Sportivă in Comrat; the word СПОРТЗАЛ (Sportzal, Sport Hall) runs in relief across the rendered facade, and a cast plaque above the arched window reads СССР (USSR), both still intact. The building is a single-storey pavilion with two storeys of glazing at the gable end, arched window openings with elaborate white plaster surrounds, fluted pilasters, dentil cornice and pantile roof.
