Monument to industry (Silk Loom?) - Bender

Roadside sculptural sign in the industrial outskirts of Bender, Transnistria. The yellow structure consists of three metal pylons extending out from the base, with a semi-circle attached to two of them. The piece stands on a white cylindrical concrete pedestal, with visible flaking paint and corrosion throughout. Perhaps it’s meant to resemble a silk loom, as the Bender Silk Association is nearby, or simply an abstract industrial piece.
