Memorial Park - Ivancae

A small but well-kept memorial to fellow villagers who died in the Second World War. Nearby is a park and the estate of landowner Karabet Balioz. The monument includes the inscription in Russian "Ваш ратный подвиг будет жить в веках" and "Никто не забыт. Ничто не забыто", translated in English as "Your military feat will live through the ages" and "No one is forgotten. Nothing is forgotten." It also features the years "1941" and "1945", marking the beginning and end of the USSR's involvement in the Second World War, as well as a list of names of fallen soldiers.
