It looks like the former Izkosh plant - Завод «Искож», short for "Комбинат искусственных кож и резинотехнических изделий" (Combine/Factory of Artificial Leather and Rubber-Technical Products) was converted into a shopping centre around 2016. Lacking historical pictures for now, it seems like the shopping centre kept some of the original details - including the concrete sun grilles in the centre of the building, now covered by glass windows facing the Calea Iesilor street.
