Bus Stop - Vadul Turcului North End

A shelter entirely in glazed ceramic tile, one of two decorated stops in the village. A ground of small grey-green squares carries pale blue and white tiles set on the diagonal, forming a running band of interlocking diamonds along the fascia and diagonal chains down the piers. The interior is tiled to match. Tiles indicate the letter “А », the standard Soviet bus stop marker (автобус or autobus/bus), in blue. The tilework survives largely intact.
